It's really important to note that we are not a crisis service and sadly we can not provide immediate support, though we can not provide the immediate support we do know who can help. Please see below some useful service that you can access if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.

NHS 111 option 2 is a 24/7 service where you can call and speak to a professional. From there, they can do an assessment and look at how best to support you.

Safe Havens are spaces that you can go during their opening hours to speak to a trained member of staff to access face to face support (Please note that they are in selected areas and some have different opening times)

If you are feeling unsafe and you feel you need an emergency response then please dial 999
Helplines
If you just need to talk. Then please consider calling one of the many helplines available to you. These helplines can be very useful if you just need to talk to get something off your chest.
